Didi Olarewaju is a PMO Manager, Trainer, and Coach with over 10 years of experience establishing and leading Project Management Offices across complex ERP, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation programmes. Based in the UK, she has worked with organisations in Technology, the NHS, Government, Local Authorities, and the private sector.
Her career highlights include establishing the PMO for the UK’s national Test and Trace programme during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting the global rollout of a CRM system at Capita, managing the PMO for a Cyber Security Transformation programme, and most recently, leading the PMO function for a global ERP implementation.
